Objective
The Italy Section Humanitarians Activity & Professional Activities Committee has a double aim:
as Humanitarian Committee
- fostering and assisting in the preparation of proposals for SIGHT projects;
- inspiring and enabling IEEE volunteers around the world to carry out and support impactful humanitarian technology and sustainable development activities at the local level;
- collaborating with the HAC at R8;
as Professional Committee
- promoting the professional interests of IEEE Italy Section members;
- collaborating with professional associations for organizing common events;
- providing a mechanism for communicating members’ views on their professional needs.
